Alka Bharucha has been appointed by Idea Cellular as an additional director, qualifying as an independent director on the Board of the company for a period of 5 years.

Sandeep Tomar has been appointed by ZOPO as the company’s national business manager.

AT&T has named Michael Wittrock as president of the Southeast Region.

Saurabh Tiwari, DDG (E&F), Department of Telecommunications, has been reappointed as the government director on the board of Tata Communications Ltd. for a period of 3 years, or till the date of superannuation, or till further orders.

Xerox has named Steve Hoover, as chief technology officer. Hoover currently serves as chief executive officer of PARC, a Xerox Company.

Airtel Payments Bank has appointed Dhiraj Sharda as its chief digital officer.

John Roiko has been appointed as interim chief financial officer for National Instruments.

SK Telecom has appointed Park Jung-ho as its new CEO. Park replaces Dong-Hyun Jang as CEO who took up the position in March 2015. Jang is taking Park’s old position as CEO of SK Holding C&C.

Vodafone has named Brian Humphries, COO of Dell EMC’s infrastructure solutions group, as its new group enterprise director. He succeeds Nick Jeffery, who was appointed as CEO of Vodafone UK in July.

Rob Johnson has been appointed as the CEO of Vertiv, previously known as Emerson Network Power.

William F. Osbourn, Jr. will serve as chief financial officer of Xerox Corporation, following the completion of the company’s planned separation into two publicly-traded companies at the year end. Leslie Varon, who has served as CFO since October 2015, will retire following the completion of the separation and after ensuring a smooth transition.

Vijay Jain, president and business head-fixed line, Reliance Jio, has quit from the position after a stint of around two years. At Jio, Jain was looking after the roll out of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH).
