Vodafone Idea is continuously upgrading its postpaid offers as they see a drop in the consumer
base due to the offerings of its rival telecom companies. According to the reports, Bharti Airtel
gained more than 2,50,000 new customers in the month of September. On Wednesday, Vi
announced their newly launched Vi Max, which will provide consumers with some additional benefits in
terms of data and SMS. Not only this, but Vi has also offered travel discounts, priority in customer
services, and airport lounge access with the new offering of Vi Max. We are constantly working to
redefine and innovate our services for better customer satisfaction. “By strengthening our postpaid
services with Vi Max, we aim to provide a quality experience to our users all over the country,” said
Avneesh Khosla, chief marketing officer, in a statement. Vi lost almost 3 million customers in the
month of June, and its user count has decreased to 240 million. Vi is ensuring that they regain the
users by providing them with a quality experience with their new launches.
