Xiaomi Redmi 7 May Launch In India Soon

Chinese mobile brand Xiaomi will reportedly launch its Redmi 7smartphone in India soon. This is revealed by the leakster Ishan Agarwal in a tweet recently. The tipster further states that the company will also introduce Redmi Y3 in the country later this year.

Xiaomi Redmi 7 was launched in China last month. The phone features a 6.26-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 octa-core processor and comes in 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM variants.

Further, the smartphone houses a 4000mAh battery and comes with microSD card support to expand the storage upto 512GB. There is an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies in addition to the dual-lens setup of 12-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors.

Redmi Y3, on the other hand will be successor to Redmi Y2, the company’s selfie-centric smartphone. To recall, the Redmi Y2 comes equipped with a 16MP front camera with Artificial Intelligence support to enable image capture in Bokeh effect and with beautified images.

Lastly, there may be ‘another budget smartphone’ with model code C3F. The tweet reveals that this could be Redmi 7A.

Meanwhile, the Mi Fan Festival is live on Amazon, Flipkart and Mi.com. In the sale, buyers can avail 5% instant discount of up to Rs 500 on standard and EMI transactions made using HDFC Bank card. Xiaomi smartphones like Poco F1, Redmi Y2, Redmi Note 6 Pro and others are available with a maximum discount of up to Rs 5,000. The recently launched Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro could also be purchased via flash sale at 12pm daily during the sale days.
