Vi launches Rs 368 and Rs 369 recharge packs with OTT benefits

Even though, Vodafone-Idea is behind Jio and Airtel in terms of launching 5G services in the country, it is giving tough competition to both leading operators. Notably, India’s third-largest telecom operator has now launched two new recharge plans under its prepaid segment, which are priced at Rs 368 and Rs 369. So, let’s take a look at the details of the Rs 368 and Rs 369 plans.

Vodafone-Idea Rs 368 Prepaid Plan: Details
The Rs 368 is listed under the unlimited section of the company and offers 2GB of data for 30 days, which means in total buyers will get 60GB of data for the entire period. In addition, users will get unlimited calling, 100 messages per day, access to the Sun NXT app for 30 days, binge all night, weekend data rollover facility, Vi™ movies and TV subscription, and 2GB of data backup data every month; however, to claim the benefits through Vi app users have Dial 121249.

Vodafone-Idea Rs 369 Prepaid Plan: Details
This pack also offers benefits for 30 days. The Rs 369 plan ships unlimited calling, 2GB of data per day, 100 messages, binge all night, weekend data rollover, access to Sony LIV, Vi movies and TV apps, data upto 2GB of backup every month, but customers have to dial 121249 to claim the offer via the company’s application.

It is worth noting that there is no major difference between Rs 368 and Rs 369 prepaid packs. However, Rs 368 offers Sun NXT app access, while Rs 369 offers a subscription to the Sony LIV app for 30 days.

Airtel Rs 319 and Rs 359 Prepaid Plan: Details
Vodafone-Idea plan of Rs 368 and Rs 369 can be compared to the Airtel packs of Rs 319 and Rs 359. Notably, the Airtel pack offers 2GB of data for 30 days. Apart from 2GB of data, an Airtel pack of Rs 319 ships unlimited calling, 100 messages per day, Apollo Circle access, Wynk Music app, Rs 100 cashback on FASTag, and free hello tunes for 30 days. In addition, Airtel offers unlimited data with prepaid and postpaid packs above Rs 239. This means this pack offers unlimited 5G data for the entire period.

The Rs 359 pack offers 2GB of data for 30 days. Besides, users get unlimited calling, 100 messages per day, Xstream app access, Rs 100 cashback on FASTag, free Hello tunes, Apollo Circle access, and the Wynk Music app for 30 days. Plus, this pack offers unlimited calling 5G data. This clearly shows Airtel packs are affordable and offer unlimited data and 5G data with the packs, whereas Vodafone-Idea packs offer 4G services, which is why India’s second-largest telecom operator seems a better option.
