Trudu and Golinelli named Inwit CFO and sales directors

The Board of Directors of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT), which met chaired by Oscar Cicchetti, appointed Emilia Trudu as the Company’s Administration, Finance and Control Director (CFO) to take effect as of 6 March 2023.

Taking note of the establishment of the new Commercial Department, which will be headed by Lucio Golinelli starting from 6 March 2023, the Board of Directors also updated the key manager perimeter (i.e. “top management” pursuant to the Corporate Governance Code) , assigning this title, to take effect as of 6 March 2023, to Lucio Golinelli and Emilia Trudu. Diego Galli, General Manager, and Andrea Mondo, Technology & Operations Director, were also confirmed as key managers.

Emilia Trudu has over 20 years’ experience in various industries and is currently Head of INWIT’s Planning & Control Department. Previously Head of Management Accounting, Planning & Control & Investor Relation at ITALIAONLINE, she has worked for Gruppo Sole24Ore, Amplifon, Vodafone Italia and Nestlè, building up a solid financial background.

Lucio Golinelli has many years of experience in the marketing & sales area. His last post was at Sky Italia, where he was Senior Director of Retail & Service. Previously he worked as Sales Director in various companies, both abroad and in Italy, including TIM, Bouygues Telecom and Mobilkom Austria.

As of 6 March 2023, Gabriele Abbagnara no longer qualifies as key manager. He will take over strategic responsibility for the new Indoor Coverage Solutions department, within the Commercial Department. Gabriele Abbagnara does not hold any INWIT ordinary shares.
