STL finalizes a distribution partnership with Networks Centre, UK

STL (Sterlite Technologies Limited) has formalised a distribution partnership with Networks Centre, UK. With the UK Government’s ambitious aim to deliver full-fibre and gigabit-capable broadband to every home and business by 2025, partnerships as this will be vital to support the growing Altnet sector that sits alongside openreach and other incumbents.

Duncan Lindsay, CEO of Networks Centre commented, “With deregulation and increasing bandwidth  demands has come a new breed of private companies that are installing fibre in the last mile. This has resulted in new opportunities for many in our industry, all of which is laying the foundations for digital societies of the future”.

Recent increased demand for outdoor fibre optic cables to meet the spike in demand for FTTs rollouts has resulted in Networks Centre expanding its comprehensive range of fibre optic cables and other telecom related products. This includes PIA and ultra-lightweight cables to British Telecom Specification which STL manufacture.
