Sanjay Radhakrishnan joins Teachmint to Head Strategy and Excellence

Teachmint, a leading education infrastructure provider and creator of the Integrated School Platform today announced the appointment of Sanjay Radhakrishnan as the Strategy and Excellence head to lead the function for the organization. With close to 26 years of immersive experience across leading corporates, Sanjay will play a critical role in devising a comprehensive growth strategy for Teachmint as the company aims at taking the power of digitization to schools and educational institutes across India.

Sanjay joins Teachmint from Tata Interactive Services where he spent 12 years driving transformation and donned multiple hats from Chief Operations Officer to Chief Commercial Officer to Chief Strategy officer. Prior to this, he was associated with ICICI Prudential Life since its inception and served the organization for close to a decade in various capacities from powering scalable distribution channels, building strong training capabilities as well as partnering with business units to embed a vibrant culture and people practices.

In his fresh innings at Teachmint, Sanjay will bring his wealth of experience to further Teachmint’s vision of strengthening its footprints across key geographies and building deeper and more delightful engagements with customers. He will also strengthen and enhance the customer value proposition and enable the creation of a high-performance culture and impactful people practices.
