NEC India appoints Ichiro Kurihara as president and CEO

NEC Corporation India has appointed Ichiro Kurihara as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2026.

A seasoned NEC leader with close to three decades of experience across Asia, he has played a key role in driving business growth and market expansion across diverse regions. In his new role, he will lead NEC India’s strategic direction, strengthen partnerships across government and enterprise sectors, and focus on scaling innovation-led, sustainable growth in alignment with NEC’s global vision.

His appointment reflects NEC India’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership, accelerating digital transformation, and expanding its role as a trusted technology partner in India’s growth journey.
