Huawei To Order 5G Equipment From Dongshan Precision Manufacturing’s Unit

A unit of Dongshan Precision Manufacturing will sell fifth-generation mobile networks components to Huawei Technologies, the world’s second-largest smartphone retailer.

RF Top Electronic Communications penned a deal with Huawei, the Jiangsu province-based subsidiary of the precision manufacturer said in a statement today. Under the deal, RF Top will supply Shenzhen’s phone maker with parts such as ceramic dielectric filters worth CNY25.4 million (USD3.7 million).

RF Top will deliver the goods from this month to December. The deal with Huawei will not only improve RF Top’s profitability, but also raise its market share in the 5G field, the Suzhou-based firm said. – Yicai Global
