HPE India appoints Bhawna Agarwal as SVP and MD

Hewlett Packard Enterprise has appointed Bhawna Agarwal as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of HPE in India. Agarwal will take over from Som Satsangi, who retired from the company after 27 years of service. Som will remain with HPE until the end of July 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.

Som joined Compaq in 1997 and became a regional sales manager in India after Hewlett Packard Enterprise acquired Compaq in 2002. He became Managing Director of HPE India in 2016, leading HPE’s second-largest employee base to significant milestones.

Bhawna joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2019 to lead the Compute Business Unit and Growth team and has been leading Account Management and Industry Verticals for India for a year. She has over 25 years of experience in digital start-ups, media houses, and large consumer tech companies. Manufacturing Today India
