Rajesh Kumar Arnold, former board member at Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has passed on December 5, 2022. His funeral service is being held at his residence in Jabalpur.

Arnold was associated with the Indian telecom sector for the last 39 years, and served in several important positions, covering Development, Operations, Maintenance and Acceptance Testing of Telecom Networks, Telecom Regulation, Quality Control of Telecom Products, Training Management, and Human Resource Management.

After completing a contracted term of three years as Member, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India in January 2015, Arnold was an international consultant on telecommunications regulatory issues.
