Apple Annual Meeting: India Retail Store, USD 40 Billion In Wearables Sales

Apple will open its first physical retail store in India next year.

The company will begin online sales in the country in 2020, according to comments from Tim Cook at the company’s annual meeting.

Cook also said that Apple’s global wearables sales compare to that of Marriott added to Visa, which comes out at over $40B. In Q1, Apple reported $10B in wearables revenue.
