Airtel To Offer Single Plan For DTH, Broadband, Mobile Data

Airtel is working on a new plan that will bundle benefits from their different services into one. The One Airtel plan is aimed at keeping the subscribers hooked to the Airtel ecosystem.

According to a report by 91mobiles, the telecom carrier will be bundling mobile data, DTH services, streaming services and broadband into single plans. The report claims that the One Airtel plans will start at a price of 1000 and will go up to Rs. 2000.

The 1000 plan is expected to offer 75GB of mobile data, DTH and free access to streaming services. However, this plan won’t be offering broadband data. The Rs. 1500 plan offers 125GB of mobile data along with 500GB of broadband data, DTH access and free streaming services. The Rs. 2000 plan also offers similar benefits, according to the report, but there are some exclusive benefits which are expected to be announced during the official launch.

The report claims that the plan will initially be rolled out for select circles in the country to gauge the market reaction. One Airtel plans are expected to launch on March 25. The plans will benefit users that are using Airtel’s broadband service, mobile connection and DTH.

There’s no official announcement from the company as yet. Even if the plans materialize, the prices and plans may change further. The new plan will be competing with the ecosystem of Reliance Jio that also offers Jio GigaFiber and Jio TV.

Currently, Airtel users can access various connections like broadband and mobile plans on the company’s application. The introduction of One Airtel will make it easier for users and subscribers to track their usage and validity.
