Airtel celebrates Customer Day today

Bharti Airtel is celebrating Customer Day today. All its employees, about 19000 in number have shelved their March 12 planned activities to meet customers the entire day and understand their issues and complaints with its service, if any.

It is an exercise for the entire Airtel community to not only understand the subscriber better but also appreciate the challenges its frontline staff faces.

In today’s business environment, customers have an abundance of competitive options available to them to spend their money and time. It’s important to show how valuable your customers are to you. Although there many contributing variables considered in analyzing the profits of a company, customer satisfaction is an equally important catalyst to measure the success of a company.

With Airtel set to increase its ARPU to Rs 300 and upward subsequently, certainly the way to go.
