Airtel 5G Plus services now available across all districts and UTs

Bharti Airtel has announced that it has rolled out its 5G Plus services across all the districts of Punjab, Odisha, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Gujarat. Airtel claims that its 5G Plus services are now available across all districts and union territories in the country.

In Punjab, Airtel has introduced its 5G Plus services in 24 districts, boasting over 2 million unique 5G customers. The coverage spans iconic landmarks like Sukhna Lake, Jallianwala Baug, Wagah Border, and the village of Qila Raipur.

The 5G Plus services have been extended to 30 districts in Odisha, with Airtel reporting more than 1.4 million unique 5G customers. Notable locations covered include Daringbadi, Konda Kambera, Konark, Bhubaneswar, Gopalpur, Puri, Chilika Lake, and the heritage village of Raghurajpur.

In Karnataka, Airtel’s 5G Plus services are now available in all 31 districts, serving over 5.1 million unique 5G customers. The network reaches diverse landscapes such as the Western Ghats in Kodagu, Mysuru, Bengaluru, Mangalore, Hampi, and Mullayanagiri in Chikmagalur.

Tamil Nadu sees coverage across all 38 districts, with Airtel reporting more than 4.2 million unique 5G customers. The network spans Ooty, Madurai, Thoothukudi, Kanyakumari, M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mahabalipuram.

Airtel’s 5G Plus services are now present in all 33 districts of Gujarat and the Union Territory of Dadra, Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu. The network reaches over 2.2 million unique 5G customers and covers locations such as the Rann of Kutch, Dwarka, Statue of Unity, Sabarmati’s Gandhi Ashram, Atal Bridge, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, and Rani ki Vav in Patan.

Airtel is offering unlimited high-speed 5G data at no extra cost on select prepaid and postpaid plans, allowing customers to enjoy the 5G Plus services without additional charges.
