Vi continues to deliver higher voice quality, TRAI

Vi received a 4.1 average indoor and outdoor call quality rating on the scale of one to five in April 2022. Vi has been consistent with its high quality voice calls having continued to score highest overall call ratings as well as for indoor and outdoor calls in January, February and March 2022 as well.

Vi is the only private telecom player to score ratings of 4 and above between January and April 2022.

Trai data on its MyCall Portal is based on usage of Trai MyCall Application by mobile users across India, highlighting the voice call quality feedback provided by the users on its application.
