Reliance Jio Queers Pitch For Older Telecom Players

Adjusted gross revenue (AGR) for the entire telecom industry, including national long distance (NLD), declined 4% quarter on quarter (QoQ) but rose 5% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 33,000 crore in Q2FY20. However, the entry of Reliance Jio has come at the cost of all the older telcos-both in terms of revenues as well as market share. Here’s a look.
