Number of mobile towers increased to 6.63 lakh from 4.15 lakh

The Government today said the number of mobile towers has been increased to 6.63 lakh from 4.15 lakh July this year.

In a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Communications Devusinh Chauhan informed that expansion of mobile towers is dynamic in nature and undertaken by the Telecom Service Providers and Infrastructure Providers. AIR News
