Intelegencia Expands in Manila, Philippines

Intelegencia announced earlier today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Microtech Global Solutions, a Manila based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm. Microtech started its operations with its main objective to offer a superior and consistent customer experience through its well established BPO service offerings. Microtech supports its customers with both voice and non-voice support. Inbound/Outbound Voice and Chat offerings include customer care, inside sales, lead generation and Helpdesk/Tech Support. Non-Voice offerings include Data Entry, Email and Finance/Accounting Back Office services. “I am excited to welcome Microtech to the Intelegencia family.
