Indus Towers Limited to raise Rs. 1500 crores through NCDs

The Committee of Directors of Indus Towers Limited for Fund raising in its meeting held today, has, approved the offering of Non-Convertible Debentures (‘NCD’s) of total up to Rs. 1,500 Crore (Base issue size of Rs. 1,000 Crore and Green Shoe option of up to an additional Rs. 500 Crore) in three series, on private placement basis.

Shares of Indus Towers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 203.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 201.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 108995 in over 2180 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 203.65 and intraday low of 198.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22063775.00. Equity Bulls
