Blue Cloud Softech solutions empaneled by BSNL as captive non-public network provider

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, an AI-first technology company listed has been empaneled by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited as a Captive Non-Public Network Provider (Category III) to deliver Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) services to enterprise customers across India. Under this framework, BCSSL will be eligible to partner with BSNL across its operational footprint for enterprise CNPN deployments.

The empanelment follows the execution of a formal agreement with BSNL, enabling BCSSL to collaborate on the planning, design, deployment, commissioning and maintenance of enterprise-grade private network solutions. The agreement will remain valid for a period of 60 months, subject to applicable terms and conditions. This empanelment qualifies BCSSL to participate in CNPN projects in association with BSNL. It does not, however, guarantee any specific business or revenue, which will depend on projects secured over time.

Captive Non-Public Networks are emerging as a key enabler of India’s digital transformation, allowing enterprises to deploy secure, reliable and dedicated communication infrastructure tailored to their operational needs. These networks are expected to support Industry 4.0 initiatives, including smart manufacturing, logistics automation, mission-critical communications and broader enterprise digitalization.
