Airtel Netherlands buys back senior bonds earlier than due date

Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V., a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, announced that it has commenced a tender offer to purchase for cash up to U. S.$300,000,000 of its 5.350% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2024.
