Xiaomi India on Tuesday announced a new partnership with Shell India with the goal of making its lifestyle products more accessible to consumers. The partnership kickstarts in Bangalore where five Shell fuel stations have been selected to sell a range of Xiaomi accessories and lifestyle goods.
Some of these include Mi Portable Electric Air Compressor, Mi Smart Band 5, Mi 2A Fast Charger with Cable, Mi Beard Trimmer 1C, Redmi Earbuds 2C, Redmi Power Bank 20,000 mAh, and many more.
Xiaomi has a vision of making technology and innovation more accessible to consumers across the country while also tapping into a previously underserved customer base. Through its partnership with Shell, Xiaomi India is demonstrating its commitment to the consumer by allowing the purchase of their favorite Xiaomi and Redmi accessories while on the go.
Commenting on the same, Sunil Baby, Senior Director Offline sales, Xiaomi India, said, “Through our partnership with Shell, our aim is to increase the availability and accessibility of Xiaomi India’s range of accessories in the country for consumers. We are proud to pilot this initiative with hopes of becoming the perfect product partner for consumers and fans across the country. Xiaomi had last year also launched its first omnichannel solution. Called Mi Commerce, it is an initiative to blur online and offline boundaries.
