Voda Idea board meeting scheduled today

Vodafone Idea Ltd. Is scheduled to hold its board meeting today, August 14, 2023. While revenues in Q1 FY24 are expected to increase, and net loss decrease compared to Q1 FY23, the telco continues to be in the red.

ICICI Securities expects revenue to rise 0.5% QoQ to Rs 106 billion, despite subscriber losses, aided by ARPU growth on the rise in penetration of unlimited plans.

And EBITDA to fall 1.3% QoQ on higher operating costs; and a net loss of Rs 77 billion (nil tax rebate).
