Vandana Sethi appointed as Advisor in TRAI on deputation basis

The undersigned is to refer to TRAI’s letter No. 1-04/2021-A&P dated
23rd September, 2021 on the subject mentioned above and to convey the approval of the Competent Authority for appointment of Smt. Vandana Sethi, ITS (Staff No. 20742) presently posted as Director (IR), DoT HQ as Advisor in TRAI(Hq), New Delhi, initially for a period of two years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.

• The terms and conditions of deputation of the officer will be governed by the provisions contained in DOP&T OM No. 2/6/2016-Estt. (Pay.II) dated 17.02.2016 and OM No.14017/30/2006-Estt.(RR) dated 29.11.2006. Anything not covered in these OMs will be decided as per the policy of borrowing organization.

• The officer is hereby relieved w.e.f. 22.10.2021(A/N) with instructions to take up her new assignment in TRAI (Hq), New Delhi.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
