TPG Telecom dials in move to Barangaroo

TPG Telecom is moving its corporate headquarters to Sydney’s most vibrant and dynamic business precinct, Tower Two at Barangaroo.

The telco will migrate all employees from its North Sydney offices and most employees from its Glebe site to Barangaroo, where it will occupy four levels and more than 9,000 square metres of office space in Tower Two.

“We are thrilled to announce TPG Telecom’s move to Barangaroo, where we will bring together more of our teams under one roof to connect, collaborate, create, and celebrate,” said Vanessa Hicks, TPG Telecom Group Executive, People Experience.

“This exciting move positions TPG Telecom and our people at the heart of Sydney — a place where creativity meets community, and where our teams will flourish. With easy access to fantastic amenities, high-quality and modern workspaces, we are creating the perfect environment for our people to come together to be at their best, be closer to our customers, and drive innovation.”

TPG Telecom’s current and future employees will greatly benefit from the move with best-in-class facilities, ease of access and collaboration spaces to support the telco’s flexible workforce. The new Barangaroo office delivers larger floor plates across less floors, which will also provide greater opportunity for cross-functional interactions and collaboration.

The jewel in the crown for TPG Telecom’s new headquarters will be its new client & concierge floor. This generous space will provide TPG Telecom an ideal location to host executive meetings, client showcases and events for larger team functions.

Tower Two also aligns with TPG Telecom’s sustainability initiatives with its carbon neutral certification and achieves a significant reduction in TPG Telecom’s Sydney office footprint. TPG Telecom is expected to relocate to Tower Two at Barangaroo in August.

The imminent move comes as TPG Telecom was named an HRD 5-Star Employer of Choice for the second year in row. This award highlights the launch of TPG Telecom’s leadership development program, Leading with Spirit, which has helped the company embed its spirit and values, leading to positive shifts in leadership and engagement.

“We’re honoured to be recognised in these awards for our focus on leadership, learning and development, wellbeing, flexibility, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and recruitment,” Ms Public 2 Confidential Confidential Hicks said.
