Sterlite Global Venture plans to sell its entire stake in IDS to Hexatronic Group

Sterlite Technologies’ arm Sterlite Global Venture plans to sell its entire stake in Impact Data Solutions (IDS) to Hexatronic Group. The initial consideration will be worth 9.6 million pounds and the additional earnout consideration will be capped at 7.2 million pounds, which will be based on the EBITDA performance of IDS.

This was submitted in a regulatory filing on September 27 by the manufacturer.
