Samiron Ghosha is IBM’s New Global Business Head in India

IBM has appointed Samiron Ghoshal, former technology partner at consulting firms KPMG and EY, as its head for global business services in India, as the IT giant looks at expanding in the domestic market, reports Jochelle Mendonca.

Ghoshal joined last month as managing partner-India and South Asia at the company. He had helped build the technology business at the 2 consulting firms. “The main change when I move into this role is that IBM services has the gamut of offerings—from huge brand recall at the advisory level itself, to going through end-to-end solution implementation also,” Ghoshal said. – Press Reader
