Roopa Kudva Retires From Infosys Board

Roopa Kudva has retired as unbiased director on Infosys’ board after the completion of her tenure.Kudva was appointed as unbiased director from February 4, 2015 till February 3, 2020.

“Consequent to her retirement, the composition of the Board and its Committees proceed to be in compliance with the necessities of relevant legal guidelines,” Infosys advised the Bombay Inventory Alternate.

Kudva was one of many unbiased administrators who had come beneath hearth from Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy when he was battling former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka. Murthy had accused the corporate of dangerous company governance.―Newpaper24
