India data center market to be worth $10.09 bn by 2027

The Indian Data Center Market is expected to witness $1 billion investment from the Indian government in the next five years. Driven by strong digitalization, data localization, adoption of new technologies such as 5G and IoT, and an increase in cloud adoption, the India data center market is expected to double its capacity in the upcoming years.

According to market research firm Arizton, India data center market size valued at $4.35 billion in 2021, will touch $10.09 billion by 2027, growing at a CAGR of 15.07% during 2022-2027. It will provide impetus to the real estate and power industries too with a requirement of 870,000 square feet space, and 183 MW power capacity.
