DoT’s Sunil Kumar Singhal appointed Government Director on HCL Board

An official circular by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) undefr the Ministry of Communications stated the appointment Sunil Kumar Singhal, DDG (DS) as Government Director on the Board of Hindustan Cables Limited, (HCL).

The official circular contains a letter written by S.K. Biswas, Under Secretary to the Government of India, in which he writes to the Chairman and MD of HCL, “I am directed to state that the President is pleased to appoint Sh. Sunil Kumar Singhal, DDG (DS) as Government Director on the Board of Hindustan Cables Limited, (HCL) with immediate effect vice Sh. Atul Kumar Choudhary, former DDG (DS) for a period of three years or till the date of superannuation or till further orders, whichever is the earliest.”
