CFO STL tenders his resignation

Mihir Modi, Chief Financial Officer, STL has tendered his resignation and will be relieved from his duties from October 14, 2022.

The Board has taken note of his resignation.

The company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer.

STL has informed the exchanges in a regulatory filing. The reason for change has been stated as, to pursue opportunities outside the company.

The company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same will be intimated to the exchanges in due course, said the filing.
