Airtel elevates Snehal Khetan Poddar to General Manager

Bharti Airtel has promoted Snehal Khetan Poddar to the role of General Manager.

A seasoned business professional, Poddar brings extensive experience in category management, broadband strategy, marketing, consumer insights, and business growth.

Prior to her elevation, she held leadership responsibilities across consumer business functions and built expertise in growth marketing, commercial planning, customer acquisition, and market development. Her professional journey also includes stints with organizations such as Godrej Consumer Products and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), where she gained experience in marketing, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

In her new role as General Manager, Poddar is expected to help accelerate Airtel’s growth agenda by driving innovation, strengthening customer engagement, and expanding the company’s consumer business offerings.
