Samsung Galaxy Note 10 May Launch On August 7

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is the latest in line of the South Korean manufacturer’s super flagship lineup which is slated to hit the shelves before the end of this year. Google just tweeted out an image of its upcoming Pixel 4, but sadly Samsung is not going to do the same. There have been a number of leaks concerning the Galaxy Note 10 and the latest in the line of leaks and renders are the fact that the Note 10 could launch by August 7th in New York City. Normally, the first half of August is when a Samsung Note device usually appears.

The report about the probable launch date was brought out by CNET, however, the report falls in stark contrast to the earlier Verizon leak we saw which had a timetable for the launch of various super flagships this year. The Galaxy Note 10 will get a redesign and will sport a vertical camera setup. Also, there is no headphone jack.

The Galaxy Note 10 has been tipped to arrive in two variants – the Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy Note 10 Pro. In a series of latest renders released by Onleaks and Pricebaba, the Galaxy Note 10 will feature an all-new design that would be in stark contrast to Note 9 and other recent models.

The renders have also confirmed that this year’s models will come in as many as two sizes, with the first one being a giant 6.75-inch Note 10 Pro, while the other one being a 6.3-inch Note 10. Yet, despite the differing size, both the Note devices will feature the same overall design.

The renders point to how Samsung is going for an even more edge-to-edge look as compared to Note 9 and even the existing S10 lineup. As per the render, this will be achieved by Samsung narrowing the bezels and moving the punch-hole camera to the centre of the phone, helping create the illusion of a more edge-to-edge screen.

Other features which are touted to arrive with the Galaxy Note 10 is a Dynamic AMOLED screen and 128GB of storage and 4170mAh battery. Apart from this, we’ve also rumours pointing towards the Note won’t support a 45W fast charging and will only bring with it 25W charger. Considering the S10 series as well as last year’s Note devices only get 15W charging this may indeed be a good move.

The Galaxy Note 10 is also tipped to arrive with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor on the smartphone. The panel could be a Dynamic AMOLED one with HDR10+ support and sport 1440 x 3040 resolution.―Times Now
