IAFI to hold workshop on India’s path to 6G leadership
The ITU-APT Foundation of India is scheduled to hold a workshop, on India’s path to a successful leadership in 6G.
The workshop, scheduled on November 8, 3:30 pm will delve into research and development (R&D), local manufacturing, technology innovations, and the technological aspects of 6G, artificial intelligence (AI), Reflective Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), ubiquitous intelligence, and ubiquitous connectivity.
The workshop will be chaired by Dr. Rajkumar Upadhyay, CEO of C-DoT, and coordinated by Rajesh Kumar Pathak, Director General of the Bharat 6G Alliance. This session will focus on the pivotal role that 6G can play in shaping India’s future, focusing on innovation, development, and adoption of next-generation technologies.
The topics of the session include “Research & Development for 6G in India” and “Local Manufacturing and Building a 6G Ecosystem.”
