VVDN procures order for 5G radio products

VVDN Technologies Pvt. Ltd has recently been awarded an order for 5G radio products by Sterlite Technologies (STL). This includes 5G solutions like small cells and macro RUs. The joint collaboration with VVDN will facilitate STL advance the evolution of 5G small cells thereby supporting telecom operators in their mission to rollout 5G networks. STL would also be able to target operators globally and focus on private enterprises for broad-scale deployments of 5G.

VVDN, in January 2020 had raised Rs 250- crore from India Business Excellence Fund – III, a fund managed by Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors. The funds would be utilised for acquisitions, expansion of manufacturing facility, engineering development labs and demo rooms.

VVDN is taking a significant approach in the 5G space with its end-to-end software and hardware expertise. VVDN India HQ is located at Gurgaon, India and North America HQ is located at San Jose, CA, USA. VVDN manufacturing facilities are located at Manesar, Gurgaon, which includes in-house SMT Factory, Molding & Tooling Factory, Product Assembly Factory, and Product Certifications labs.
