Vodafone Spain Debuts Esports Programme On Twitch

Vodafone Spain has announced the launch of a new esports-themed programme on its Twitch channel. The new fortnightly show is called #PlayFaster and will feature the country’s best video game players and personalities in an innovative format presented by Streamer Revenant and Maya Pixelskaya. The first programme features a live audience interview with Spanish League of Legends star ‘Werlyb’, with future shows set to include leading esports figures including ‘xPeke’, ‘Flipin’ and ‘Fox’.

Vodafone launched its own dedicated channel on Amazon-owned esports streaming platform Twitch in 2017. The operator currently sponsors the Vodafone Giants men’s and women’s esports teams.―Telecompaper
