Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has launched its Vivo Y3 smartphone today. The smartphone, as of now, has only been made available in China. The new handset from Vivo comes with triple rear camera setup and it has a gradient design.
Powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor, Vivo Y3 is available in only one storage configuration. The smartphone comes with a number of features like Game Cube, dual engine fast charging and more. Here are the Vivo Y3 price details and specifications that you should know about:
Vivo Y3 price
Vivo Y3 is only available in one storage option in China that comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone is listed on JD.com and has been priced at CNY 1,498 (approximately Rs 15,200). However, on the product page on Vivo’s official website, the price has been stated as CNY 1,500 (approximately Rs 15,200). Vivo Y3 is available in Peacock Blue and Peach Pink colour options. As of now, there is no word from Vivo about the device’s availability in India.

Vivo Y3 smartphone has support for dual SIM cards and runs Android 9.0 Pie skinned with Funtouch OS 9. The smartphone features a 6.35-inch HD+ (720×1544) display that has a waterdrop-shaped notch on top and comes with an aspect ratio of 19.3:9. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 89%. Powered by an octa-core MediaTek P35 SoC, Vivo Y3 comes with 4GB of RAM and has 128GB of internal storage. For more storage space, there is an option of adding a microSD card of up to 256GB.
For imaging duties, the Vivo Y3 smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup that comprises of a 13MP primary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, an 8MP ulltra-wide sensor that has a field of view of 120 degrees and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front panel, there is a 16MP shooter that comes with an f/2.0 aperture that can be used for selfies and video calls. The selfie camera of the smartphone also has support for face unlock.
The smartphone hoses a 5,000mah battery and comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, Micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The sensors onboard include an accelerometer, a digital compass, a proximity sensor and a fingerprint sensor.―Gadget Bridge
