Vi leads telecom subscriber growth in Delhi circle

TRAI has recently released the subscriber data for the month of April 2022.

As per the latest data, Delhi continues to have the maximum tele-density, witnessing a growth of 1.48% month on month achieving a tele-density level of 269.08%.

Delhi telecom circle reported a subscriber growth of 0.77% month-on-month, taking the total subscriber base in the circle to 5,26,71,181.

Having added 4,00,479 subscribers in the month of April, Delhi is also the 3rd largest circle in terms of net subscriber addition.

Vi continued to lead the telecom growth in the circle for second consecutive month, in April.

Having added the maximum subscribers of 2,55,857 in the month of April, Vi added the largest pie of 63.89% to the circle’s overall net subscriber addition.

Vi demonstrated a similar trend in March with 76,320 new subscriber additions, reporting the highest net addition in subscriber base in Delhi.

Over March and April, Vi has added the highest subscribers of over 3.3 lakh mobile users in Delhi.
