Vantage Towers CEO to step down

Vantage Towers AG said Monday that Chief Executive Vivek Badrinath doesn’t wish to renew his contract beyond the term that expires at the end of 2023 for personal reasons.

The German telecommunications-infrastructure company said its supervisory board plans to start a search for a successor. Mr. Badrinath is willing to agree on a handover of his duties ahead of the end of the current term, the company said.

Mr. Badrinath has been CEO of Vantage since April 2020 and led the company during its initial public offering in 2021. MarketWatch
