TSDSI, NTIPRIT organize “Participation and Contribution in ITU and 3GPP” webinar

Telecommunications Standards Development Society, India (TSDSI) and National Telecommunications Institute (NTIPRIT) are organising a webinar on the collaboration process of ITU and 3GPP.

K. Rajaraman, Secretary of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Bharat Bhatia, President of the ITU-APT Foundation of India (IAFI) are among the eminent speakers that will be part of the webinar.

The webinar aims to spread awareness about the process of contributions and opportunities for start-ups, established industries, academia and professionals to be part of the standards development process.

In today’s connected world powered by information and communication technologies, inter-operability, user experience, security aspects, lifecycle costs etc. are ensured through the comprehensive collaborative process of standardization of technologies. ITU and 3GPP are the main international bodies coordinating & synergising the efforts of Standards Development Organizations worldwide in the field of ICT. In India Telecom Engineering Centre, Government of India and TSDSI coordinate this process.

The online webinar will take place on 15 March 2022.
