TRAI extends last date for comments on Infrastructure Provider Authorization

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) had released a Consultation Paper on ‘Introduction of Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Provider Authorization under Unified License (UL) on February 9, 2023. The last date for receiving comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper from the stakeholders was fixed as March 9, 2023 and for Counter-Comments as March 23, 2023.

The regulator has extended the last date for submission of written comments and counter -comments up to April 6, 2023 and April 20, 2023 respectively.
