Tencent 2Q19 Revenues Up
China-based Internet service provider Tencent Holdings has reported second-quarter 2019 consolidated revenues of CNY88.821 billion (US$13.02 billion), growing 3.93% sequentially and 20.56% on year.
Of the revenues, CNY27.307 billion (30.74%) came from online game services; CNY20.773 billion (23.39%) from social network services; CNY22.888 billion (25.77%) from FinTech and business services; CNY16.409 billion (18.47%) from online advertising; and CNY1.444 billion (1.63%) from others, Tencent said.
As of the end of June 2019, there were 807.9 million active users of QQ platform, 1.133 billion active users of WeChat, and 168.9 million registered subscribers of value-added services, Tencent indicated.
