STL launches NetXs, new-age structured cabling solutions

An industry-leading integrator of digital networks, today launched NetXs, a new-age suite of structured cabling solutions. With NetXs, STL continues to deliver superior performance in data transmission for advanced networks across the globe.

While moving away from legacy network architecture, data centres and enterprises are looking for structured cabling solutions that can bring them greater bandwidth, scale, connectivity and security. With the ever-growing demand for applications, it has become very critical to select the right cable design for meeting current and future requirements. These new-age cabling solutions must be designed for high data transmission (supporting ~10X data growth), high agility and flexibility to enable service providers and enterprises to adopt digital and move to the cloud seamlessly.

STL has over 15 years of experience in delivering state-of-the-art structured cabling solutions. Now, with the launch of NetXs, a speciality cable solution, STL is set to deliver high speed and high volume data transmission and superior performance in the most challenging environments.

This comprehensive range of data cables includes customized cable designs in UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair), STP (Shielded Twisted Pair), indoor and outdoor categories.

NetXs offers high reliability and comes with superior noise immunity that offers high headroom at both low and high frequencies. Other features include:

Superior performance with reduced Alien CrossTalk (AXT), upto 100m horizontal link test compliance adherence with global standards like ANSI/TIA 568.2-D, IEC 61156-5, ISO/IEC 11801
Thermal stability upto 90W for PoE/ PoE+ applications Small cable diameter High scalability and flexibility for future network deployments.

Commenting on the launch of NetXs, Venkatesh Murthy, Chief Operating Officer, Communication Cabling Solutions, STL, said, “NetXs has a simplified architecture that results in reduced network complexity and increased overall deployment rate, resulting in seamless user experience. Its unique solution design offers robust and scalable cabling infrastructure for service providers, data centres and enterprises. This suite of cables will enable high-speed networks to support emerging use cases like automation, smart homes, IP-based video surveillance, intelligent transportation and more. “
