Sony Mobile Set To Launch The Xperia XZ4, XA3 Ultra And More At MWC 2019

Sony Mobile has started sending out invites for the MWC 2019 event in Barcelona, scheduled for 25th February. The invites sent out, show the possible sides of the smartphone in Blue color and Gradient finish but does not give out any other details of the smartphone.

Sony is expected to showcase a new flagship and mid-range smartphones that could include the Xperia XA3 and Xperia L3 that were speculated to be unveiled at CES, last week.

Sony is expected to launch the new flagship Xperia XZ4 at the event and as per earlier reports, the phone will come with a 6.55-inch QHD+ OLED HDR display with 21:9 aspect ratio and is said to be powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC with 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, with triple rear cameras and 3,900mAh battery with wireless charging.

On the other hand, the Xperia XA3 is said to sport a 5.9-inch (1080×2160 pixels) screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. The Sony Xperia XA3 Ultra is said to sport a 6.5-inch (1080×2160 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio.

The Sony Xperia L3, on the other hand, will come with a 5.7-inch HD+ (720×1440) display with 18:9 aspect ratio and will be powered by the  Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, along with a 3,400mAh battery. The phone will feature a dual camera set up at the back that will include a13 Megapixel primary sensor along with 5 Megapixel secondary camera.

The Sony event is scheduled for 8:15 am CET (12:45 pm IST) at MWC 2019, 25th February.―India TV
