Sify eLearning Wins the Gold at 2018 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards For Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program

The 2018 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Awards for Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management and HR and Sales Performance Awards.

Sify eLearning, a leader in innovative custom learning solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold award for excellence in the Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Programfor our Sify eLearning project with Merck on ‘Virtual Reality Technology for Mitigating Unconscious Bias in Hiring.’ Sify eLearning’s win was announced on 8.23.18.

The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.

Excellence Awards winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference,January 23-25, 2019, at the Hilton West Palm Beach in Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions sharing their leading practices during the 2½-day conference.
