Telecom has been a flag bearer of revolution in the past decade and will continue to be so in the upcoming years, with its ever-growing user base and massive adoption of next-generation tech, thereby setting up tone for fiercer competition for the year ahead. Robotic process automation (RPA) can help telecom organizations in becoming successful multiservice providers as it will help telecom companies provide superior level of service. With an increase in data consumption and mobile subscriptions, the need for automation will also increase significantly. RPAs will aid in enhanced customer satisfaction, driving sales intelligence, streamlining revenue assurance by reduced manual error, and enhanced turn-around time in processes.
