Realme X Flipkart Availability Teased, Launching In India

Realme X has been the most anticipated smartphone to launch in India this month. Realme has already confirmed that the Realme X will go official in the country on July 15, 2019. Now, Flipkart has put up a microsite teasing the launch and thereby confirming that the Realme X will be available on the e-commerce site.

Flipkart has also posted #RealVoiceOfIndia results which reveals that 62% people prefer pop-up camera, 59% prefer full-screen no-notch display, 66% ask for super fast-charging battery and 81% want a brilliant camera.

Realme will also launch the Realme X Spider-Man: Far From Home Special Edition in Indiawhich it announced recently. The smartphone comes with a special gift box comprising a limited edition protective case and a preinstalled ColorOS 6 Spiderman theme.

To recall, Realme launched Realme X in China first. The smartphone is priced at Yuan 1,499 (approx. Rs 15,000) for the 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant, the 6GB RAM/64GB storage variant is priced at Yuan 1,599 (approx Rs 16,000), while the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant is priced at Yuan 1,799 (approx. Rs 18,000).Realme X will be available for a price of around Rs 18,000 in India.

The Realme X features 6.53-inch notch-less AMOLED display that supports full HD+ of 1080 x 2340 pixels, an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It runs on Android 9 Pie operating system based on ColorOS 6.0 UI and it is backed up by a 3765mAh battery which supports VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge technology.

It is powered by 2.2 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. The smartphone comes equipped with an in-display next-generation light-sensitive screen fingerprint sensor.

On the camera front, the phone sports a AI dual rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel main sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a depth sensor of 5-megapixel with f/2.4 aperture. For the front, the phone has a pop-up selfie camera of 16-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS and USB Type-C port. The smartphone also comes with built-in OPPO’s new AI assistant Breeno and comes with stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos for surround sound.―The Mobile Indian
