The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has promoted Rajiv Gupta as CMD, Telecommunication Consultants India Limited. He was Director-Projects since July 2015.
Before TCIL, Gupta was DDG-DoT. Rajiv had been with TCIL from April 2014-April 2008.―Communications Today
