Rahul Khullar passes away

Dr Rahul Khullar passed away early morning today, February 23 in Delhi.

An IAS officer of the 1975 batch, he was the Chairman of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India for three years, since4 2012. He was the Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Trade prior to TRAI. He was also a former Income Tax Commissioner.

He was a post graduate in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
